As an AVP, Software Dev QE Manager you 'll serve as a strong and
versatile hands on technical leader. Successful leaders at LPL

manage outcomes and is passionate about CI/CD/DevOps/Software
Lead a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET 's)
working in Agile model supporting Cash and Asset Management
delivery teams to achieve consistent, predictable, high quality
releases by implementing common practices, tools, metrics,
automation frameworks and oversight and delivering high quality
solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible,
collaborative and rapidly changing environment.
Manage resources across different geographical locations and
Work as a leader/trainer in a large, complex QA organization, with
a demonstrated ability to implement scalable automation
Provide end-to-end, performance testing guidance, oversight and
resourcing for defined, funded initiatives
Drive innovative testing solutions within a complex, Enterprise

Provide guidance and strategy on testing AI/ML powered applications

What are we looking for?

Bachelors or Masters in computer science or related field
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and management roles
C#, or any other object-oriented programming language), execution,
and maintenance of automated test scripts
Experience in ETL testing techniques -and good understanding of
Data Warehousing and business intelligence concepts and testing
Experience with Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT, SVN, Bit bucket, TFS, Code
Linters, Code Scanners, Code Coverage tools, Selenium Web Driver
and grid/ Watir, Cucumber, NUNIT/JUNIT/TESTNG, etc.
Experience in working with ETL framework, Change Data capture,
DataMart, Data models etc., strong knowledge on Data Lake, Azure,
ELT & ETL, Data Warehouse, BI, Data Factory Tools & Strong in SQL
preparation in Oracle/SQL Server/NoSQL/RDMS/Big Data
Experience in working with Oracle database, Oracle application and
report & expertise working in Cloud data environment
Experience in Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about
Ability to effectively inspire and influence teams and partners in
delivering technology enabled business solutions that exceed
Demonstrated ability to define drive and communicate strategy and
vision and influence across the organization is essential
Solid experience with Defect Management Process.
Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to
excel in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills & strong verbal and
written communications skills.
Experience in Cluster, Containers/VMs, On Premise, On Cloud
Hands-on experience with Web services virtualization, mocking and
stubbing, API test automation, UI automation
Experience with creating dashboards/ providing insights on quality
to the larger organization.
Understanding and implementation of CI/CD/Dev Ops practices, lean
Experience in working with Star Schema, ODS, multi-dimensional
models, slowly changing dimensions
Experience with driving transformation at scale
Experience with CI/CD/Dev Ops practices, lean methodologies
Hands on Experience with one of the programming languages - Java,
Familiarity with one or more SQL-on-Hadoop technology (Hive,
Impala, Spark SQL, Presto)
Experience in Banking or Financial services domain.
