expansion, we are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to lead
the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
applications supporting mission-critical business functions across
sales, customer service, finance, and operations. Position Overview
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for the
architecture, design, development, and deployment of customized
solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You’ll work
closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements,
develop scalable solutions, and contribute to best practices and
overall system architecture. This role requires deep expertise in
Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and/or F&O (Finance &
Operations), Power Platform, and integration with third-party
systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and
development of Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom plugins,
workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript customizations.
Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to
translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
Develop integrations with external systems using Azure Logic Apps,
Web APIs, and custom middleware solutions. Customize entities,
forms, dashboards, and views in Dynamics 365 CE modules such as
Sales, Service, and Marketing. Manage solution deployments and
perform data migrations using tools like KingswaySoft , SSIS, or
Power Query. Implement security roles and user access controls
aligned with organizational policies. Work within an Agile delivery
framework, participate in sprint planning, and provide technical
guidance across the SDLC. Optimize system performance, troubleshoot
issues, and ensure high availability and scalability. Stay updated
with Microsoft platform updates, roadmap, and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to
maintain high code quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or
Master’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or a
related field. 5 years of hands-on development experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and/or Dynamics 365 F&O (ERP).
Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate,
Power BI). Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and
Dynamics SDKs. Expertise in using Azure services such as Logic
Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus. Hands-on experience
with Dataverse, CDS, and Dynamics 365 Web API. Proficient with
DevOps practices and tools like Azure DevOps for ALM and CI/CD
pipelines. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Reporting using SSRS,
FetchXML , and Power BI. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (X, LCS, data
entities) is a plus. Familiarity with dual-write, virtual entities,
and data integration patterns. Previous consulting experience or
working in enterprise-level implementations. Knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies.
