experienced customer centric Sr. Product Manager to help build,
shape, and drive product capabilities for Compliance within eBay
Live which is one of eBay’s top priorities. What you will
accomplish: Drive the full product lifecycle for multiple features
or a major product initiative, from initial discovery and
opportunity sizing to launch, iteration, and post-launch analysis.
Serve as a visionary leader in your product area within Live
commerce, developing a strategy and roadmap that aligns with eBay's
top-level goals. This requires blending deep customer empathy with
an understanding of market trends, business goals, and competitive
insights. Own and deliver a challenging product roadmap on time,
demonstrating a strong bias for action and high-quality outcomes.
You will write clear, detailed requirements (PRDs) that prioritize
hypotheses for testing and iteration Lead and inspire confidence
among a wide range of partners, including engineering, design, data
science, research, and marketing. Define key success metrics,
leverage data and analytics to quantify customer problems, size
opportunities, and ultimately measure the impact of your work on
organizational goals. Cultivate a knowledge of the technical
architecture and backend systems for your product area to
effectively partner with engineering, unblock development, and
influence technical decisions What you will bring: 5 years of
experience in product management, preferably for eCommerce products
with a large and global user base. Experience implementing
Regulatory, Compliance and Intellectual Property requirements for
large organizations or large scale platform solutions, ideally
within Live Commerce or Streaming ecosystems Solid analytical
abilities, experience in translating complex business issues into
clear goals and product requirements Additional Details The base
pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$111,200 - $192,800 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple
individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include
other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units
(as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial,
and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various
paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of
participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an
employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will

modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or
