Job Title: Machine Operator Type of Role: Contract to Hire Shift / Hours: Mon-Fri, 5:30am-4:30pm Location: Selma, Tx Hourly Range: $19-21 (DOE) Role and Responsibilities: Perform quality control checks Ability to lift up to 30lbs, including film rolls or boxes Assign tasks to line workers and manage daily duties Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the production line Ensure the production line remains clean and organized Communicate effectively with Supervisors and line workers Proficient in using hand tools and control panels to adjust settings Skills and Experience: Computer skills Must be bilingual Quality check experience Good communication skills Food manufacturing exp is a plus Minimum of 2 years of Machine operating experience Company Description Balance Staffing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
