We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator like you
to be a part of our team.
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) will ensure and deliver
high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all
functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In
collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC
will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with
established policies/procedures, serve as a resource person for
staff, and model a commitment to the organizations
vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience
and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality,
You will exercise judgement and provide direction regarding
patient care assignments using established policies/procedures.
You will operationalize evidence-based practices to enhance
patient safety and quality outcomes.
You will support the achievement of internal/external
benchmarks, accreditations, and designations.
You will ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and

You will assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure
efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
You will participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of

Education and Experience: Associate's Degree in Nursing
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
At least 1 year of nursing experience required
At least 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
License and Certifications:
Currently licensed as a registered professional Nurse in the
state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in
accordance with law and regulation
Current BLS certification required
Current ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
TNCC required within 12 months of hire date
PALS and/or ENPC required within 12 months of hire date
NIH Stroke required within 3 months of hire date
CPI required within 12 months of hire date
