The Integration & Test Project Lead will provide independent
oversight and direction of qualification testing for system,
product, and component level deliverables on the
project. The successful candidate must have the
technical knowledge capable of providing vision and executing
qualification plans utilizing matrixed staff from the broader
community of subject matter experts. This role will also
interface directly with internal and external customers to refine
operational scenarios used in the qualification process.
Provide oversight and direction of qualification across the
project. Individual will liaise with internal cross-domain
experts and customers to generate and document CONOPS that drive
verification and validation.
Develop fit for use and usability assessments.
Oversee Government test plan development, scheduling and
Oversee test plan definition, development, scheduling and
execution for functional teams performing integration and test
System level application assessment (e.g. CPA, HPW Android,
Collaborate with project team to define product accessory test
strategy (e.g. PAs, mounts, EUDs, power sources…)
Drive collaboration across functional teams performing
integration and test activities to identify / address test gaps /
risk. (Factory Test, HDV, SDV, WF test (e.g. NETSIMS))
Provide traceability from various input requirements (product
spec, customer specifications and system expectations) to test
Provide validation/verification status on a weekly basis
(assessment and statistics)
Through partnership with project team members, execute Test
Readiness Review (TRR) and System Verification Review (SVR) in
alignment with organizational process documentation.
Bachelors Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant
experience or Graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years prior
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience architecting and deploying networked tactical voice
and data communication systems.
Experience with system level laboratory and/or over-the-air
testing of military communications equipment.
Experience interfacing directly with military customers to
understand and refine operational requirements.
Computer Proficiency - Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, JIRA,
DOORs and MS Project
Minimum 4 years of experience leading complex test and
requirement verification programs.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Strong experience with test development methodologies and large
system integration activities.
Demonstrated Project Management skills
