What youll achieve
As a Paralegal/Contracts Administrator, you will provide
effective contract administration and management in support of Dell
EMCs legal relationships with US-based customers.
- Monitor and support legal contract notices inboxes
- Facilitate and manage local contract signatures
- Upload fully executed documents and contract summaries to
- Respond to routine corporate customer requests under an
- Prepare standard sales agreement templates in anticipation of
- Summarize existing agreements to support attorney-led
negotiations for contract renewals

- Experienced paralegal or contracts manager with 2+ years of
in-house or law-firm paralegal service or equivalent contract
- Strong contract operations skills and ability to understand
contents within contracts and implications to the business
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; or
equivalent work experience
