Retail Mobile Sales Associate, you will be the
connecting with customers and delivering exceptional customer
service by selling T-Mobile products
and services to our current and potential customers. This involves
making a personal connection, exploring, and discovering customer
needs, guide the customer’s purchase decision, problem solving
their issues and staying connected with them.

people. Therefore, Verge Mobile helps you earn as much as you
can. We offer a nice blend of a biweekly hourly based
paycheck along with a monthly commission payout. Over the
course of a year, our full-time Sales Experts can earn a great base
wage + incentive-based commissions. This equals $31,200 for our
average Sales Experts, but $41,600 for our higher performing Sales
Experts. This total compensation is for working full time
hours and successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals each month
and over the course of a year.
The unlimited opportunity is matched with annual performance
reviews and additional incentive contest payouts.

Education / Experience Requirements:
school diploma and 1 year of retail sales or customer service
or bachelor’s degree and 6 months of retail sales or customer service
Previous Wireless retail sales experience is preferred.
