Answer company phone calls, gather contact information and route
to the correct person.
All support calls need to be entered in LIVE time to maintain
NetSuite database information.
You will be assisting procurement by creating Purchase Orders
and documenting within the appropriate system to maintain customer
confidence and ensure the order is shipped.Some administrative
tasks may be required such as restocking the printer, etc.
You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Procurement.

Answer phones; route accordingly
Handle purchase order documentation from start to finish for
