Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is seeking a full-time Customer Engagement Specialist to remotely support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX. Summary: You will play an instrumental role in transforming customer engagement experience for Company Education Services. You will also help maximize return on customers' investment in learning and development opportunities by becoming an expert advisor on redeeming purchased training. Responsibilities: Develop expertise on all types of education purchase and redemption options and associated processes and business rules: Training Credits; Subscription; Curriculum Packages; Dedicated/Onsite Course Delivery Enforce business policies and guidelines while providing a level of flexibility to customers through exchanges and conversion program Apply training credits to offerings managed outside of Learning Management System (LMS) Adjust learning subscription attributes according to business guidelines Exchange prescriptive curriculum packages to help accommodate changes in learning needs Engage directly with Company Sales and customers to assist with course registration Collaborate with Education Services Marketing and Sales teams to increase the rate of training redemption through campaigns defined by course topic, geography, and delivery modality Drive adoption for newly released course topics and modes Maximize scheduled course utilization by driving campaigns involving local business counterparts including Company Sales, Education Account Managers, and others Capture and monitor redemption activity details and trends; Provide business insights to influence the decisions made by Education Services leaders Training Credit redemption rate, from point of purchase to point of expiration: Large corporate accounts; Business theaters, countries; Packages and Subscription activation rates; Forecast redemption rate based on trends Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing or technical) required PMI certification preferred/a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint Some experience in cross-functional project management experience in IT/high tech industry Experience interfacing with customers and Sales, for example sales support, inside sales, customer support Knowledge of Tableau reporting, and data visualization tools is a plus Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Training Currency Management is a plus Strong Project Management acumen Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
