- Hybrid WorkplaceABOUT THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOBThe Account
Executive will perform the following job duties:
- Perform Discovery Meetings with qualified prospects
- Educate qualified prospects about marketing fundamentals, lead
generation, HubSpot and inbound marketing
- Educate qualified prospects about Company Marketing and our
processes, teams and results
- Create sales material as needed to support the role
- Assist the Business Development Manager and the Sales Assistant
in qualifying prospects when additional clarity is needed
- Create Sales Presentations and Present them to Prospects
- After a new deal closes, perform Business Overview interviews
and create client briefs to be handed over to the team
- Assist the assigned Client Success Manager during the first 90
days to make sure the account is headed down the right track
- Educate the team, as needed, to the business and industry
specifics related to the new account to ensure a warm and effective
hand off
- Keep all information, documentation, notes and updates in
HubSpot CRM
- Record all activity and keep deals and prospect information
up-to-date in HubSpot CRM
- Report weekly sales activity to the CEO
- Report a sales forecast to CEO, Managing Director and CFO
- Perform duties as assignedWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Understanding of consultative sales or has experience as a
consultant
- Marketing background at another agency or in a previous
role
- Intelligent, fast learner, and adaptable
- Able to navigate ambiguity and find a solution
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of C-Level and
Executive-Level business principals (enough to speak intelligently
to them)
- HubSpot certification is a huge plus
- Excited by closing deals (competitive with yourself)
- Goal-oriented
- Can easily be the "expert in the room" no matter who else is in
the room
- Assertive
- Great Customer Service follow-through
- Warm and charming personality
