Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference:

Fast-Growing Healthcare Company seeking an experienced Business Development Representative
As the Business Development Representative (BDR) you are key to growing our centers, reaching more families, and driving business growth. Your ability to drive awareness, positively position the brand and create lasting relationships with both new and existing clients will be critical. A BDR's ability to powerfully convey our value proposition, build trust and educate our referral sources will be paramount for Behavioral Innovation's future growth.
There will be a heavy focus on quality outbound activities, prospecting expectations and necessary work to generate a pipeline of referrals. You will work closely with the centers your territory supports as well as cross departmentally with Marketing, the Intake team and other departments to enhance the customer journey and experience.
As the successful candidate, you will play a critical role in building relationships in the physician referral community. This includes generating a list of key referral sources, partnering with these professionals and programs, developing innovative sales/marketing strategies, and making sure the leads in your territory are followed up within a timely and quality manner, resulting in client admissions.
What we are looking for!

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, health care or related field preferred
  • 3 - 5 years in business development, or equivalent area of expertise preferred
  • Some knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or behavioral health experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with demonstrated success in prospecting and new market development activities
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM as well as additional sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator)
