Hours 5PM - 11PM
Mon-Fri (weekends when required)
$200 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, all training completed and in good standing.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A COMMERCIAL CLEANING SUPERVISOR:

Enforce work protocol & standards in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
Allocate use of available labor resources.
Monitor and assist staff with work progress.
Assist the Operations staff in staff supervision, schedule-coverage, employee training, site inspections, follow up with customer complaints and maintaining good customer relations.
Perform janitorial and maintenance duties when needed.
Schedule and coordinate janitorial projects. i.e.: floors, carpets, etc.
Review and adhere to labor requirements, budgets, and all work-site specs for each customer assigned.

SKILLS:

Ability to understand and apply workplace and job site safety Knowledge of applicable safety policies and procedures (SDS, OSHA)
Possess good judgement & decision-making ability
Have planning & organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL CLEANING SUPERVISOR:

High school diploma
Experience in the commercial cleaning industry
Valid driver's license
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
