Job Description:

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Position Location: Round Rock, TX Company: Blazerworks Blazerworks, in collaboration with the Round Rock School District, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Round Rock, Texas. We are a leading organization committed to providing exceptional speech and language services to students in need. This is a full-time position for the 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students with communication disorders
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' speech and language needs in the educational setting
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed
• Offer guidance and support to teachers and staff on speech and language strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP licensure in the state of Texas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with students with diverse speech and language needs, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
