Job Description:

We have a very flexible schedule in our household- but a very consistent and stable routine. My husband Rob and I work from home- but cannot get a thing done these days bc Mia requires much more socialization and attention. Shes learning everything well, but verbally she is behind but catching up rapidly. Shes extremely high functioning autistic like myself and her sister- we are not considered special needs. She is going through a tantrum phase which is new. Shes typically an amazing listener. We do not in any way shape or form punish our children - especially not physically- unless someone has hit or bitten or something drastic. Then its a situational punishment most likely time out. Our ten Ren is also home, she graduated early and shes here daily until she starts work at the end of May. I can fill in any other details when you get to the house, it will make way more sense. We are a 1,000 ft from our community and two parks!
