Onsite/Remote
Fulltime with innova Solutions

Lead the definition and evolution of the overall solution architecture for Insurance (Compensation Workers Insurance) projects, considering scalability, security, interoperability, and compliance with insurance standards.
Provide strategic technology leadership, staying current with emerging trends, standards, and advancements in Insurance IT.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, quality assurance, and project managers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to solution delivery.
Collaborate with security specialists to design robust security measures for Insurance systems and data.
Data Architecture:
Develop data architecture strategies for Insurance projects, including data modeling, database design, and data governance.
Ensure the effective management and integration of Insurance data for analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
Scalability and Performance:
Architect scalable and high-performance Insurance solutions to accommodate the growing demands of insurance applications and services.
Conduct performance assessments and optimize system architecture to meet project requirements.
Cloud Architecture:
Define and implement cloud-based Insurance architectures, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure
Optimize Insurance solutions for cloud scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Define and enforce solution architecture standards, ensuring consistency across projects.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in AWS, Data, Integration
Mulesoft/Go anywhere.
Strong expertise in solution architecture, data architecture, Integration Architecture, and cloud architecture.
