New Home Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in guiding buyers
through their digital home-buying journey. You'll be the friendly,
knowledgeable first point of contact for potential buyers,
providing personalized assistance, answering inquiries, scheduling
home tours and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial
interest through purchase.This is our first hire for the Online New
Home Sales Coordinator position - which means you won't just be
taking on a role, you'll be helping shape it and should thrive in
ambiguity.You'll have the chance to work closely with leadership,
influence how we structure and scale our digital sales process, and
bring fresh ideas to the table. There's significant opportunity for

is the place for you.What You"ll DoRespond to incoming inquiries
from prospective homebuyers through various channels.Guide buyers
through our online marketplace experience, helping them explore,
compare, and move forward with new home purchasesCoordinate with
our internal and external teams to match buyers with the right
homes and communitiesMaintain accurate, timely records of all buyer
interactions and pipeline updatesTrack buyer feedback and
collaborate with the Product team to improve the platform
experienceSupport the setup and scheduling of virtual or in-person
home tours, walkthroughs, or consultationsEnsure clear, helpful
communication across the buyer journey - from first click to
closingAssist with post-sale coordination, documentation, and
customer service satisfaction follow-upsContribute to the ongoing
improvement of our sales processes, scripts, and buyer resourcesYou
Might Be a Fit IfYou have an active Real Estate license with the
Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) You're comfortable working in
fast-paced, remote environments and thrive with autonomy and
ambiguityYou have experience in New Construction sales, transaction
coordination, and proptechYou"re passionate about delivering
helpful, human, and efficient serviceYou communicate clearly and
empathetically in both written and verbal formsYou care deeply
about the customer journey and how to make it betterYou're highly
organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvyBonus Points If You
HaveFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce,
etc.)Experience working for a home builder as a sales
representativeExperience in an early-stage startup or scaling tech
