Job Description:

We are currently looking to add a Landscape Architect / Designer to our team to assist with drawing production- from conceptual through construction documents. Position Requirements: -A Bachelor or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited University (Professional licensure not required). -Proficiency in AutoCad a must. Hand-rendering skills and SketchUp skills are highly valued. -Understanding of, and ability to execute construction documents and details. -Strong written, oral, and organizational skills, creative analytical thinker/ problem solver with great attention to detail. -Motivated to learn, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: -Use AutoCAD to prepare construction documents, including grading, drainage, lighting, planting plans and detail sheets. -Site analysis and presentation graphics as required. -Documentation of existing site conditions to prepare base maps for design. -Working with the city and other review agencies as needed.
