Job Description:

Celink is seeking to hire a self-motivated, detail oriented, and collaborative Business Analyst (BA) with experience working on projects of varying complexity. This BA will work directly with stakeholders, Celink departments, and the project team to complete the necessary project documentation to define and implement projects related to the rewrite of the loan servicing platform and any other projects supporting Celink's strategic objectives. This BA will perform the following functions while adhering to standardized methods and procedures of the Celink Program Management Office.
Duties and responsibilities

• Act as a business and technology liaison for internal and external stakeholders
• Build business, technical, and/or functional requirements necessary for the business to achieve its strategic initiatives
• Collaborates with the lines of business, technical partners, and leadership to capture and define scope, requirements, and use cases
• Conducts gap analysis
• Works with QC to log test plans when working on IT cases
• Gathers definitions of success and users' needs
• Logs and analyzes potential process improvements
• Formalizes requirements, ensuring changes are logged and fully vetted
• Participates in all project meetings including user demos, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Works with the project team throughout the lifecycle (idea to production) of the project
• Analyzes process data for patterns that can be used to create decisions for the desired future state
• Assists Project Managers with reporting, as needed
• Coordinates with Change Management group to ensure all project checkpoints are met
  Education
  • 4-year college degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
    Experience/Training
    • Two to four years of empirical or academic experience conducting business analysis and writing business/functional requirements required
    • Two to four years of empirical or academic experience analyzing business processes and organizations preferred
    • Two years of empirical or academic experience acting as a continuous improvement resource preferred
      Professional Certification/License
      • Business Analyst certification preferred
      • CAPM preferred
      • PMP preferred
        Skills and Abilities
        • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio required
        • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
        • Understands iterative application development fundamentals
        • Established competency in both waterfall and agile project management as well as design thinking
        • Able to quickly assimilate to new processes, technology, and/or applications
        • Possesses excellent interpersonal, oral, analytical, written, and problem-solving skills
        • Works well with people at all organizational levels
        • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
