-Perform preventive maintenance and tests all electrical systems,
sub-systems and equipment which includes disassembly, replacement,
cleaning and repair.
-Assemble and disassemble power and lighting equipment for sleeping
rooms, exhibits, meetings and banquets.
-Assist in developing and implementing plans to maintain property,
equipment, grounds and other assets, in a safe and acceptable state
-Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working
condition through personal inspection and by following the
manufacturer's preventative maintenance programs.
-Actively participate in energy conservation programs per resort
-Assist in scheduling preventative maintenance tasks.
-Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, and county
and municipal regulations that pertain to equipment safety,
inspections, and yearly inspection with all authorities.

-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Possess mechanical & electrical skills; able to read wiring
diagrams & schematics
-Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Aptitude in using appropriate tools for the work.

and maintaining strong ethical standards.
-Conscientious with great attention to detail.
Physical Demands Must be able to frequently position themselves
around the facility. Be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Ability to work
on ladders, scaffolding, and/or lifts to reach high ceilings or
walls. The Associate will frequently be required to reach and grasp
to perform these duties. Excellent dexterity is required.
