Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Systems Analysts to support the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules for a statewide modernization initiative. In this role, you'll gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and support data integration with third-party and legacy systems.

You'll be working closely with subject matter experts, developers, QA testers, and financial stakeholders to ensure functional alignment and successful deployment. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote team environment, is proactive in documentation, and has deep hands-on experience with PeopleSoft financials modules.

Duties and Responsibilities

---Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analyses for FSCM 9.2 AR/Billing
---Document system specifications and user needs for configuration and testing
---Perform integration testing with legacy and third-party systems
---Map data and ensure data integrity between systems
---Create and maintain project documentation and training materials
---Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve identified issues
---Collaborate across functional and technical teams using MS Teams and SharePoint
---Communicate project status and risks to leadership and stakeholders


Required Experience/Skills

---8+ years as a Business/System Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
---8+ years focused on Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations
---Experience with requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
---Strong hands-on system integration testing background
---Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
---2+ years working in large, remote team environments using MS Teams


Nice-to-Haves

---Experience with public sector agencies (state, local, or federal)
---Knowledge of Texas Comptroller CAPPS Financials system
---Familiarity with PeopleSoft AWE, SharePoint, Jira, Scrum, and STAT
---Previous experience working in hybrid IT environments


Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
