Job Description Do you have an interest in or a passion for how products are brought to market? Would you like to learn more about developing marketing programs that assist the end user in deciding which solutions best fit their needs? Would you like to learn how one of the largest SSD suppliers works together with the largest server makers in the world to jointly drive business development and ultimately increase sales? Then this is the opportunity for you In this Go-To-Market Business Development role, you will work with cross functional teams within KIOXIA and some of our largest customers to help develop, update and execute marketing programs, sales plays, educational marketing collateral, and support industry events. You will participate in the process of analyzing our portfolio strengths and coming up with Go-To-Market strategies to leverage these strengths to drive increased sales. You will learn how to manage a marketing budget, assign metrics to funds spent and assess the return on investment. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in a special Go-To-Market project where we will map the KIOXIA product transitions with customer sales/forecast information to identify areas of future Go-To-Market focus. Responsibilities Will Include: Learn KIOXIA---S product portfolio and support marketing activities to drive brand awareness and influence sales behaviors Develop and update marketing collateral piece Pull data from multiple sources and combine into a cohesive summary, then analyze the data to help define our market strategy and areas of focus Learn to manage a marketing budget, assign metrics of success for funds spent and assess the return on investment to be used to determine the value of future investments Learn how to use critical tools/applications to execute deliverables: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. Qualifications Pursuing degree from four year university --- BA/BS/MS degree in marketing, business/economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, data analysis, data science, information services is preferable (however other degrees will also be considered) Interest in marketing and business development strategies Must be motivated, organized, and possess good communication skills Professional presence Detail oriented Ability to work across multiple different teams to drive awareness, action and provide support Additional Information Req i-0025 All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
