Representative, you'll receive comprehensive, hands-on training to
become an expert in AT&T's diverse product portfolio, from
lightning-fast fiber internet to advanced wireless plans and
entertainment solutions. You'll work directly with prospective
customers, mastering the art of need-based selling by understanding
their current challenges and presenting customized AT&T
solutions. Essential Functions of the AT&T Sales Representative
Role Engage directly with residential and small business prospects
in assigned AT&T territories (lead-based) through residential
outreach. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify
communication and entertainment service gaps and future
requirements. Present AT&T’s wireless, fiber internet, TV, and
home phone solutions in a compelling and informative manner.
Customize service recommendations and proposals to align with each
customer’s unique needs and preferences. Overcome objections,
negotiate terms, and confidently close new customer accounts and
device sales. Accurately process activations, agreements, and
documentation while maintaining detailed CRM records. Consistently
meet or exceed sales quotas and customer acquisition goals through
proactive territory management. Represent Exeltra Consultants and
AT&T with professionalism and stay current on products,
promotions, and industry trends.
