contact for AT&T customers on their enrollment inquiries.

Community Engagement Associate Core Duties As a Community
Engagement Associate for Educo Solutions, representing AT&T,
you will be responsible for: Initiating contact with potential
customers through diverse channels to assess their needs and
suitability for AT&T's offerings. Building strong, lasting
client relationships through consistent communication, fostering
trust and encouraging repeat business. Effectively showcasing
AT&T's products and services, customizing presentations to meet
individual client requirements. Consistently achieving or exceeding
sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales
team and company. Providing exceptional assistance from initial
contact to post-sale follow-up, addressing all inquiries and
concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. Continuously
expanding your knowledge of AT&T's offerings, the
telecommunications industry, and competitor activities to
effectively communicate value and respond to customer questions.
Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date records of all sales
interactions, customer data, and progress within CRM or designated
systems. Collaborating closely with Telecommunications Sales
Support Representatives and internal teams to ensure seamless sales
processes, address customer needs, and achieve shared objectives.
Actively participating in team meetings, training programs, and
industry events to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and
stay informed of company updates. Conducting all interactions with
customers and colleagues with the utmost professionalism, upholding
the reputation and values of both Educo Solutions and AT&T.
