Cover a focused territory of roughly 80 miles from the Austin shop,
so you build deep local relationships while staying close to home.
Join through one posting and explore multiple sales tracks,
including inside sales, Costco and other retail in home leads, or
outside hunter work with builders and designers. Earn meaningful
income with on target earnings typically ranging from $80,000 to
$175,000 per year, depending on the role you step into and your
performance. Receive a standard benefits package, with the option
of a company vehicle for field based work, subject to the specific
role and experience. What You Will Be Doing: Meet with homeowners,
builders, and designers in the showroom, in their homes, and on job
sites to understand plans, scope, and budget. Review drawings and
construction plans so you can speak confidently about layout,
material usage, and installation details. Work warm leads from
Costco and other partners, schedule in home consultations, and
guide clients through design, material, and pricing options. Manage
and grow ongoing relationships with key accounts, including custom
builders, remodelers, designers, and repeat residential clients.
Prospect for new business within the territory when appropriate,
including outreach to targeted builders, remodelers, and design
firms. Prepare clear proposals and quotes, explain options in plain
language, and help clients move from first conversation to signed
agreement. Keep your pipeline organized in the company systems so
every lead and account receives timely and professional follow up.
Coordinate with operations on templating, fabrication, scheduling,
and installation to support a smooth client experience from sale
through install. What You Bring: Proven success in a sales role
with clear goals or quota, ideally in construction, building
materials, home improvement, or another project based environment.
Working knowledge of high end residential custom construction or
remodeling, including the ability to read basic plans and discuss
scopes of work. Experience in one or more of these areas is a plus:
countertops, cabinets, flooring, other interior finishes, in home
retail sales, or outside sales with builders, remodelers, and
designers. Strong communication skills and the ability to build
trust quickly while leading a consultative conversation, not only
presenting a price. Organized and dependable follow up habits, with
comfort managing both inbound leads and proactive outreach within
your territory. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
for regular local travel within roughly 80 miles of the Austin
shop; eligibility for a company vehicle may be available for some
roles. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, not a
