Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team at ICS. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence by building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The position is located in our Houston office. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technology sector. Cold call, e-mail, utilize LinkedIn, and perform on-site visits to educate customers on our products and solicit their business. Expectations are 300-500 weekly calls and enter a minimum of 200 contacts into a continued sales cadence. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
