responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and managing
inbound and sales opportunities, providing consultative sales
support, and nurturing long-term relationships with potential
clients. The expertise of products aligns with the Sales Consultant
to recommend tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of
clients. This position involves engaging with prospective clients,
understanding their challenges, and delivering product or service
solutions that align with their objectives. Inside Sales
Consultants typically work in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment where collaboration with other sales teams, marketing,
and customer success is key. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities are a general overview of
the position: Identify and qualify sales opportunities through
outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and referrals. Understand
customer needs and match solutions to those needs to convert leads
into sales. Engage with prospective clients to understand their
unique business needs, challenges, and goals. Offer expert guidance
on how the company’s products or services can help solve their
problems. Conduct virtual, phone-based and in-person presentations
and product demos to educate prospective customers on how the
company’s offerings can add value to their business. Tailor each
presentation based on client requirements. Manage and track all
opportunities in the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g.,
Salesforce, HubSpot). Follow up on leads and opportunities through
phone, email, and other communication methods to maintain momentum
and progress. (Present or future) Work closely with Account
Executives or field sales teams to hand off qualified leads such as
builder or multifamily and ensure smooth transitions through the
sales cycle. Develop long-term relationships with key
decision-makers. Engage in regular follow-ups and ongoing
communication to nurture relationships, even after the sale is
completed. (Present or future) Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and
monthly sales targets, including the number of calls made, meetings
scheduled, demos conducted, and revenue generated. Actively
contributes to achieving team sales goals. Stay informed about
industry products, trends, and client feedback. Maintain in-depth
knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively
communicate value propositions to potential clients. Maintain
accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients and
prospects in the system. Prepare and submit regular reports on
sales activities, pipeline status, and results. Gather and
communicate client feedback post installation and provide marketing
insights regarding the product to various teams to help shape
product development and sales strategies. Competencies : The

products, installation processes, and industry standards is
preferred Proficiency in using computer software and other relevant

ability to work under pressure Ability to prioritize and multitask
Basic understanding of sales and installation processes and
terminology Experience with point-of-sale and parts & service
management computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to
experience with other systems. Strong organizational and
multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction
with customers and team members. Must hold a valid Driver’s License

Education and Experience: · High School Diploma or General
Education Diploma and 2 years of related experience OR · 6 years of
related experience OR equivalent combination of education and
