a motivated, proven sales professional looking to make a real

high-energy closers who are ready to run the full sales cycle from
generating interest to signing contracts in the fast-growing solar
industry. This is a performance-based W-2 position with a
competitive base, commissions, and benefits. Realistic
compensation: $100k$200k annually for those who hit and exceed
targets. About the Role Were hiring a full-cycle solar sales
closer. Youll be responsible for: Prospecting your own pipeline (10
self-generated appointments held per month). Running homeowner
consultations and presenting solar solutions confidently.
Appointments provided. Closing a minimum of 6 new sales per month.
Managing your schedule and appointments usingMonday.com, Calendly,
SalesRabbit, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams),
and Open Solar. Following sales compliance and regulations with
professionalism. High performers will also receive company-provided
leads and supplemental appointments. What We Offer Base Commission
with realistic earning potential of $150k$200k Bonus opportunities
for exceeding sales benchmarks. Training & mentorship, but we
expect you to bring experience to the table. Incentives for top

of successful high-ticket, in-home sales experience (solar
experience is a plus, but not required). Documented track record of
meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proven high closing ratios in
past roles. Comfortable with rejection Financial literacy to
confidently explain financing, ROI, and utility savings. Strong
presentation skills able to run homeowner consultations solo.
Ability to successfully navigate a flexible schedule. Valid drivers
license and reliable transportation for local travel. Positive
attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work
