Job Description Job Description We're hiring a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to accelerate growth by targeting new clients and upselling to existing accounts, consistently hitting—and surpassing—sales targets. The ideal candidate is a service-driven field sales professional with a proven track record in portable on-site services (such as portable restrooms, hand-wash, trailer offices, temporary storage, or welfare solutions). You'll excel at proactive prospecting, delivering impactful in-person presentations, and closing deals swiftly while fostering strong, long-term client partnerships. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly Responsibilities: Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business Qualifications: Proven track record in sales You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred About Company In AR Portable Services we proudly offer short and long-term portable toilets, handwash stations and septic tanks rentals and cleaning services for events or worksites in San Antonio, Texas.
