Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of the
Director of Quality & Regulations and the Assistant Director of
Quality & Regulations, the Quality and Regulations Coordinator is
responsible for the coordination and oversight of the quality
processes to support the quality management and compliance program.
Assists in the implementation of quality management (QM),
continuous quality improvement (CQI), and quality assurance (QA)
activities. Assists with the implementation and oversees a
structured, system-wide approach for planning, implementing, and
evaluating ongoing quality improvement efforts. Performs complex
analysis of chart review data, compiles service-specific chart
review reports, and serves a lead monitor for required annual
review of subrecipients. Assists with for developing, implementing,
monitoring, and updating Quality Management Performance Work Plan.
Provides technical assistance and guidance to subrecipients to
ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local
regulations. Assists with ensuring subcontracting service providers
comply with minimum program requirements based on federal and state
regulations and specifications. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s
degree from an accredited college or university in degree in public
health, nursing, social work, health care administration or related
field required. Academic focus on health services analysis and
quality management preferred.
