Job Description Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsible
for patching all lifter holes that are not required for moving and
erecting panels prior to the panels going into storage. Repair all
damage that panels may acquire and finish them to an acceptable

union and non-union employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Report to work on time as scheduled and learning
procedures for safe concrete production. Have reliable
transportation to the job sites. Physically able and willing to run
a concrete saw for flat and vertical cuts safety. Experience in a
boom or scissor lift, scaffolding and swing stages. Take work
direction from Foreman and Field Superintendent. Completes general
construction labor tasks necessary. Use materials and supplies in
an efficient manner. Follows company safety procedures and
policies. Experience in brick removal and tuck pointing. Completing
necessary field fixes. Experience patching, cleaning, repairing,
and blending various types of architectural finishes. Experience
sandblasting Experience pressure washing Install the hardware
required by engineering (panel tickets and remedial drawings will
be provided) EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED High school
diploma or GED. 2 years of construction or manual labor experience
preferred. OSHA 10 hours certification. General math skills and
ability to read a tape measurer and blueprint. General knowledge of
construction practices. Ability to work from heights (ladders,
flatbed trailers, aerial equipment safely. Ability to obtain
membership to local laborers’ union. Ability to work with others
and always maintain professional conduct. Must be motivated and
self-driven to complete tasks. Must be willing to travel and work
in all types of weather conditions. Ability to travel and be away
from home. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist,
squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally Ability to move
around for up to 12 hours per day Ability to work from ladders,
scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights
frequently Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
such as work boots, hard hats, work gloves, safety glasses, and
hearing protection Must be able to use various hand tools or
controls WORKING CONDITIONS Intermittent field / jobsite visits
will require safety precautions, which may coincide with exposure
to harsh weather. Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual
elements. Moderate to high risk of safety precautions. Moderate to
high exposure to production environment. Wet, hot, humid, and
wintry conditions (weather related) (plant specific) Ability to
