Job Description Just one hour north of Austin and 30 minutes
south of Waco, Texas, Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is
looking for a part-time emergency medicine (EM) physician to join
the team. This role offers the flexibility to live in Austin, Waco,
or anywhere in between while practicing meaningful, fast-paced
emergency medicine in Central Texas. Emergency Department Snapshot
- 17-bed emergency department with designated fast track - Level IV
Trauma Center - Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center -
Approximately 42,000 annual ED visits - EPIC EMR - Average ~2
patients per physician hour Coverage and Schedule - 10-hour
physician shifts - 40 hours of physician coverage daily - 40 hours
of APC (NP/PA) coverage daily - Experienced APC support and along
with all ABEM physicians Compensation and Benefits - W2 employee
position - High flat hourly rate - Full benefits package -
