Job Description:
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery,
and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words,
we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS
data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power,
and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual
access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most
challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the
supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to
help. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network
engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations
managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people
across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and
security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest
possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive
culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to
completion. AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a Senior
Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to join our Material
Optimization team. This role will drive high-visibility,
large-scale, innovative system solutions for our AIS supply chain
systems used to fulfill server and networking racks globally. As
the Sr. TPM, you will act as the business leader to identify
improvements for AIS Supply Chain systems, perform A/B Analysis to
Best In Class Systems, identify system requirements, align success
metrics, drive change management, and partner with Software
Development teams. You will drive delivery of large-scale system
improvements and lead end-to-end technical program management to
transform our supply chain systems. In this role, you'll have the
freedom to think big and challenge the status quo. We encourage
innovative thinking and experimentation with best in class systems
and solutions. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of
AWS's infrastructure delivery by implementing revolutionary
solutions that operate at unprecedented scale. The ideal candidate
will possess strong technical program management experience, with a
background in electronic manufacturing supply chains and experience
driving supply chain transformations E2E. You should have a proven
ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives and
experience partnering with software development teams to deliver
impactful results. This role offers an opportunity to significantly
impact AIS's global supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
through innovative technical solutions, working at the forefront of
cloud infrastructure technology. Key job responsibilities • Lead

systems working closely with software development teams and
business stakeholders. • Drive end-to-end project execution
including scoping innovative solutions, solution design, testing,
and implementation, and post launch improvements • Manage change
across multiple stakeholder groups including material business
owners and dozens of system users • Develop and maintain project
schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive
resolution of complex issues • Partner with software development
teams and partners to ensure business requirements are accurately
translated into technical solutions to ensure successful launches •
