Base Salary Uncapped Commission – Earn $60,000–$80,000 base (based
on experience), with uncapped commission on sales High-End Products
– Represent premium materials that clients want to use in their
spaces Design-Focused Clients – Work with architects, designers,
and developers who value aesthetics, partnership, and performance

scene and grow local relationships What You’ll Be Doing: Building
and nurturing relationships with architecture and design firms,
developers, and general contractors Managing sales presentations
and project follow-ups across Austin and the surrounding market
Guiding clients through material selections, specs, pricing, and
timelines Collaborating with internal teams to ensure product
availability and project support Tracking opportunities and
maintaining your sales pipeline through a structured CRM What You
Bring: 3–5 years of experience in A&D sales, or sales of stone,
tile, or other high-end building materials A strong sense of
aesthetics and ability to speak the language of designers and
architects Comfortable working independently and driving business
development efforts Familiarity with construction project timelines
and spec-driven sales cycles Excellent communication, organization,
